The TEF IRN (French knowledge test – Integration, Residence and Nationality) is essential for foreigners wishing to obtain French nationality. This exam responds to the new provisions establishing level B1 (oral and written comprehension and expression exam) as the level required in the French language for candidates for naturalization.
