You need to validate your skills in French? The DELF and DALF examens are perfect for you!
Issued by the French Ministry of Education, each diploma is independent from the others and certify your level in the four skills (listening, reading, writing, speaking). Unlike other language exams, it is valid indefinitely.
The French Institute of Qatar is the only certified center in Doha for the DELF/DALF exams.

DELF/DALF TOUT PUBLIC, DELF JUNIOR and DELF PRIM
The DELF/DALF (Diplôme d’Etudes en Langue Française and Diplôme Approfondi de Langue Française) is the official exam issued by the French ministry of Education, to acknowledge the level of French of foreigners and French born in a non French-speaking country and not in possession of a high school or higher education diploma.
The DELF, in its TP or Junior version, is available in four different levels, all of them corresponding to the four first levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFRL): A1, A2, B1 and B2.
The DELF Tout Public is designed for adults wishing to evaluate their level of French. The DELF TP is particularly required by French universities for foreigners who would like to get into them.
The DALF is the variation for higher levels (C1 and C2).
The DELF Junior is addressed to students still in secondary school (from 12 to 17 years old). The Junior version has the same structure as the Tout Public exam. The only variable are the themes, as they focus more onto the teenager’s world. The diploma is the same.
The DELF Prim is the first DELF, designed for children aged between 6 and 12, beginning to learn French. The diploma is the same.
HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE EXAM ?
The French Institute is the only official center in Qatar for the DELF and DALF exams.
Come at the French Institute with a copy of your passport and the pre-filled registration form. You just need to settle the fee cash or by credit card. If you have any doubt, do not hesitate to contact us.
Your exam notification letter will be send to you by email before the exam with all the details.
